Prices and payment

Cancelling

You can turn off renewal at any time on your account page. Nothing more is charged, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Periods already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract. For digital content this right ends once access begins, if you have agreed to the access starting immediately and acknowledged that you lose the right. You do this when you tick the box before paying. If you subscribe without that consent, write to us within 14 days and we will refund you.

Use of the content

All photographs, films and texts are © Dan Hecho. They are for your personal viewing only. You may not copy, download (other than the "save offline" function of the reader), share, publish or resell them, nor share your sign-in. We may end access for accounts that break this.

Availability

We aim to keep the magazine available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. If the magazine stops being published, we will end all subscriptions and refund any period not yet delivered.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract.

Law

The law of [Germany] applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live. The EU online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr; we are not obliged and not willing to take part in consumer arbitration.
